We use Royal Mail for our delivery service so that you don't have to wait too long for your goodies. Orders will be dispatched within the same or next working day. We aim NOT to profit from postage, but we do need to have a standard rate which is simple and efficient, so we've tried to be as fair as possible. If we know you or know of you through family/friends, we are quite happy to pass on the parcel to someone YOU nominate so that you can save on postage. If your order has not arrived after 15 days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders, then please contact us at email@example.com with your order details and name. Royal Mail will not investigate until the above noted number of days have lapsed since item was dispatched.
