Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you have any queries regarding our products in order to avoid receiving a product you do not want. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product, please click on RETURNS at the very bottom of the Home Page and you will be directed to a PRODUCT RETURNS form, please fill this out.  Once we have received this, we will have to authorize the return/exchange and provide you with an Returns Reference number.  Once the return/exchange has been authorized, please return unworn items within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability).  When posting Returns please include a note of your Name, full address, order number and date, along with the RR number.

Postage costs will only be reimbursed if item is faulty and was the only item ordered.

Once we have received your parcel we will issue a full refund, providing it is returned as sold, unused and in its original packaging. Items which appear marked/stained with make-up, smelling of perfume or look as though they have been washed, will not be accepted and we will not issue you a refund or exchange, and you will be expected to pay postage if you want the item returned to you.   Please make sure you obtain a Certificate of Posting when returning items, these are available free of charge from the Post Office.  We would also ask you to ensure that the correct postage is applied to returns as we will not accept liability for underpaid postage.

Sale items are non-refundable and  Seconds are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to refund used items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items are thoroughly examined before dispatch to ensure they are without any flaws or faults. We value our customers and want their experience of shopping with us to be as perfect, pleasurable and as hassle free as possible.

International Returns

When returning items please ensure that you have made clear on the package and/or neccessary documentation, that the items contained are being RETURNED.  Failure to do so will result in us having to pay a Customs charge and should this be the case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.
